Hello!
Who knows how to safely make small gap at already layed rails in aim to make insulation?
I know only dremmeling by thin diamond disc, but produced gap not so small (about 1 mm).
It's posterior epoxydation - also some problemmatic...
How to make more smaller gap?

Hi,
the answer is as simple as it could be, no joke: Get a thinner diamond cutting disc.
Search in ebay (Diamant Trennscheibe) or ask at a modeling shop (car/ship/aircraft).

After cutting with the diamond disc it sholud be possible to fill teh gap with a 2 compound adhesive which isolates too. The advantage is, that there is no more gap so the wheel dont fall into a hole!
