THEMA: Arnold decoder 81211

I bought an locomotive with fitted decoder on the NEM651 plug. I can trace it as an Arnold/Lima 81211. I would need the CV informations or manual as I would like to set it to long adresse 1001 and whit set any acceleration/deceleration is a little annoying that after full speed and direction change whit the ECOs (the direction change stops the lomotive and the you add speed the other way) the lights change right away red<->white, before the locomotive stops, as a the decelleration time is set to any value (in may situation 5s - I run at 100% speed, change directions and motor start slowing down to 0 in time of 5s, in that time lights allready changed direction). I would like that the light change hapens only after the locomotive has stoped. As one side of the ICE is with loksound and works as I want (stops, then changed lights), the other side with the Arnold 81211 changes the lights before the other half of the ICE.
